The floor

Truth Over State is Moderate America's live hall. Watch, post, and talk. You keep what you write. We host it so the floor can run.

You must be 18. If you do not agree, do not use the floor.

Speech

You may talk about race, religion, Israel, the courts, the state, and your life. Disagreement is not a ban. Talking about hate is not the same as a threat.

Do not post secrets you have no right to publish. If something looks confidential, the office reviews it. It is not auto-deleted for the words alone.

What we will not host

Credible threats to kill or maim a person. Sexual exploitation of minors. Trafficking. Doxxing private people for harm. Scams. Malware.

News about violence is not a threat. 'A man walked into a bar and killed people' can stay. 'I am going to kill you all' cannot.

This floor stays here

The site loads over HTTPS. Chat and live signals are encrypted in transit. We do not give TikTok, Facebook, X, or other companies a key to this floor.

We cannot see inside your phone. We cannot reach into other apps. A host sees who is in a room by the name they gave, and can send them out or block them from watching.

Reach

New voices start quieter. Posts that people like, comment, and mark travel farther. Memberships and boosts lift reach. There is no promise that any post goes viral.

Purchases

Sparks and memberships complete on the next page. This app does not store cards and does not auto-renew. If you buy again later, you leave again.

Sales are final. If a post is hidden or live is paused, unused sparks stay unless the handle is closed for abuse.
